So far I'm like it, I'll tell you that much. I only do yoga when it is hardcore.

I'm hoping I can get that deadlift back sooner than later. I really reset it back. I hope I can get back to 405 and continue to move beyond.

Thanks LtL. And to answer your question, I'm not sure.
I pulled 405 for two triples in december and it just slowly regressed from there.
Could be a matter of training too hard for too long. Could be a matter of not knowing when to reset and not reseting enough. Could just be spinae erector fatigue, I don't know. It's been a real bummer.

Notes:
Pretty standard session.
The target was 3 reps on the bench today, I wanted 5, I got 4. A bit disappointed.

Dips are coming along. Did more than I could do last week. Progress is progress.

Kroc Rows felt good. Dropped them down 5lbs this week and started with my left side. Still interested in how these progress.

Threw in the curls at the end for teh bicepts.

I was able to continue the trend of powering through these sessions in less than an hour. However, I didn't eat as much as I usually do pre workout and I didn't have an intra workout bcaa mix (lift it in the desk at work), so afterwards I really felt like dog crap. Although, I don't think this affected my performance much during the session itself.
