Notes:
Squat continues to feel good. Every rep felt really solid. Should have pushed for one more on my working set. I realized today, that ever since I got pinned on 385 I've been holding back from taking risks and go for grinders in the squat rack. Still though, my squat is stronger right now than ever.

Reset set my GMs in order to work on form. I needed to work on them a bit.

Notes:
Pretty Good Session. Although, I didn't leave feeling like a left it all in the gym. Not sure why, it was a good effort.
OHP went smooth. Didn't want to over shoot my goal too much. But when I had too much gas in the tank to just stop at 2 or 3. Even at that, I had more in the tank.

Incline bench went well. Yes, I could probably increase the load, but I'm trying to hit the rep goal of 12 on my last set, so I don't want to bump up the weight at the expense of my last set. Something I've learned from Wendler in 5/3/1, don't major in the minors. In other words, Focus on your main lifts, and don't sweat the assistance work too much. It's the big lifts that counts, the rest is just icing on the cake.

Rest of the session went smooth.

The biggest and possibly most important thing I have to report is that my shoulder feels great. No tenderness or discomfort at all. Absolutely none.

Not getting to excited until I get through bench day without any discomfort.

It's amazing to see how many different angles squats can play with our heads. My mental block was looking at how many plates I had loaded and then freaking myself out, syaing to myself, how the hell am I gonna rep that?. I have never had any concerns about dropping the bar or about the potential for any "incidents". All I can say is that facing the "fear" head on has worked, along with focusing on form cues instead of weightload, right before the lift. Lifting heavy 2X per week has allowed me to face the issue head on, not allowing for any light days.

Anyway, I am really happy to see your excitement about your squats rejuvenated.
