5X5 : Day 23 : Bench
Build up sets :
045*20 (20kg) / 135*15 (62kg) / 225*14 (102kg)
Working Sets: 277*05*02 / 277*04*04 (126 kg)[+5lbs from last session]

followed by back off sets : 225*10 / 135*10
and One Arm DB Rows : 100*09 / 08 / 07
and Wide Grip Pully pull down @160*15 / 180*10 / 200*06 / 170*10 * 150*15

Done. 1st set @277 literally flew off ... felt quite comfortable. But still not able to do 5 reps in 3rd set. So next session wt. will be same. Trying to add some reps in build up set of 225. Got some awesome pump in back off sets. Overall a good day in office ...

DLs on international chest day i.e. Monday ...
