thanks Nathan ... I actually rotate my accessory exercises. Tri extensions are actually Lying triceps extensions "ripptoe" style ...

Build up sets :
045*10 (20kg) / 135*08 (62kg) / 225*06 (102kg) / 317*04 (144kg)
Working Sets: 367*05*05 (166kg) [Last 2 sets were a bit of grinder]

followed by
3 sets of Leg curls
5 sets of Lat pull down @170*10 / 180*09 / 190*08 / 200*06 / 210*05.

Squat tomorrow ...

Wow, Ravi. That is a great 5x5 pull. I can imagine why the last 2 sets were grinders, after a 3x5 on deadlifting I'm pretty shot. Great work!
