Squat 405*3 just flew ... 415 felt good but will be debatable on depth on 1st set... will be uploading vids very soon.
Needed some help on 345 bench. Couldn't lock out. Best part was that the bar was under control all the time Lockout will follow ...
Deadlift is good.
