Only one big compound! So used to seeing 3 every session! Great squat to lunge combo.

thanks super Jim ... yeah wts. did felt heavy but no grinders. Taking a good rest of around 4-5 minutes between sets. And it is helpful w/o any doubt. Getting there where I belong to but this time a bit slow and steady pace ... 420+ next time for sure ...
