Feeling exhausted after bench. So decided to abandon reps on DL. Instead went for some heavier wts. (as per my capacity. Please don't laugh) with singles. 475 is gym PR for me. However my overall PR on DL was 484 last month during national meet.

not surprised you were exhausted after bench , man you gave it your all there ,
good work on the squats and deads.... but good grief that bench!

Indeed, quite the Warrior you are Ravi, getting that benching done after a heavy 5X5 on squat. Stunning work really. It also make sme feel good that our gym PR's are deads are identical!!

thanks Sir Alan ... 350 by the year end ... I've already lost quite a chunk of time on bench due to my shoulder injury. Hopefully will make it this time.

thanks super Jim ... Infact it should be other way. You are quite strong on DLs. and repping 450+ wts. for quite some time. I'm barely managing to get singles on those wts. I know you will be repping 475 very very soon ...

Nice, Ravi! That benching was awesome, and because you were exhausted you pulled 475? Lots of people wish they could do that on any day. Great work.
