hahaha ...thanks Sir Alan ... Let me get back at my previous best i.e. 350 lbs before injury. Just tweaking Korte's program a little bit to get my bench back on track. With shoulder supporting this time hopefully will get it before year end ... Right now will be satisfied if I can add an lbs or two in a week ...
