This program appears to be really tough if it's kicking your butt Ravi. Well done to get it done.

Indeed, look into Arkworld. I felt the relief 15 minutes after taking Ark 3 for the 1st time. It allowed me to function for the rest of the day without any problems. Before, I could barely do anything after a morning of lifting. It really is the next best thing to steroids. It is abit pricey, but if you contact Al I believe you get a discount. I just got my 2nd order yesterday. I personally don't care about anything except recovery, and this stuff works and its golden.

This paired with Xtend intra training has done wonders for me. You've seen my log lately. Anyway I think the citrulline agmatine combo does amazing things for recovery! Also are you taking fish oil/ multivitamin?
thanks fen ... very very informative ... Yes I do started taking fish oil some 2-3 weeks ago ... And yes multivitamin are regular ...

thanks super Jim ... yes the program is a bit tough at least for me but none of us are here for something easy ... It's like doing 3 meets in a week as said by OMP ...

I'm definitely considering this product along with one suggested by fen ... But the problem is that when anything is supposed to get shipped to this part of the world, it's shipping cost is what actually is a real burden ... Just trying other day placing an order on M&S ... my order value was around $120-125 but the shipping cost was more than $80 ... so you can understand ...

When they ship it to me Ravi, they send it via regular mail and they do not charge me any extra. I assume India is closer to England than western Canada. Look into and ask Al.

Really impressed that you are still able to make these jumps form session to session....
340 for 5*5 on squats is serious work!
Not surprised you need more recovery after that!
