The beastly lifting is back - bench, pulls, and squats all in 2 days. Here's to hoping that shoulder is nothing.

It's also crazy awesome your 20 repper finisher is up to 250 lbs now. 315 x20 will be had this summer! I was saw a vid a long time ago of some animal doing 405X20 or more. I am starting to think this is within your ability Ravi (when fresher tho of course!)

thanks super Jim ... 315*20 is great great working and 405*20 is almost superhuman ... trying to get my wt. up by 5lbs in each session ... and it is getting heavy for me as I do it at the end of session. We have a vid of Tom Platz doing some 23-24 reps with 500+lbs and what a superb form and depth he had ...

Hopefully some day I'll be doing 300+*20 ...
