Great workouts Ravi! Strong pullin and those squat sets are brutal! Don't know how you do it, but keep it going!!!
On a side note, did your kid do the karate thing yet?

thanks Jay ... DL was an evening session as I missed my regular morning session on 15th. It was difficult to do 2 session in span of 10-12 hours ...

Yes my son is into karate. Actually I wanted him to go for an outdoor activity. He is a hyperactive child. Had a thought that he will be able to channelize his energy to something productive. He is participating in his first ever national competition.
