Surprisingly good session on tired legs. Still having problems with my right elbow locking but I am working on it.

Went through two scoops of Karbolyn during workout. Once again, this stuff gives you steady energy with no stomach discomfort.

Way to work through the yucks. When I read your work I think, "Wow, that is pretty impressive." When I see the video I go, "WOW, THAT IS AMAZINGLY IMPRESSIVE!"

Thank you. I saw that you were in Virginia Beach. I worked in Portsmouth for a year. Do you ever train at Brute Strength? Still the most impressive gym that I have ever seen.

I am a home trainer. I have a friend who trained there before he moved to Richmond, he loved it. I would love to go train there sometime, just for now the Dog House has to do.

Understood. I could only train there a couple of times due to the traffic but it was worth it. I think Brian Siders is a trainer there now.

I went back in today to see if I had shaken off what was bothering me yesterday. Rest is overrated.

Clean and Jerk (lbs)
88x3
132x3
176x3
198x2
220x2
242x2
264x1
275x1
281x1
292 m, m

Front squats with thumb wrapped around the bar
135 2x3
225 2x2

Back Squat 495x2

If pain is any indicator then the front squats should really help my rack position. They killed my wrists!

Everything is good Eric. Switched to two scoops during my workouts. The product delivers what it promises so far. Energy with no stomach issues. Easy as drinking water!
