Weight: 315.2 (-3.4)

Lost over 3 pounds yesterday. Moved back to Paleo. Ate a huge plate of beef, onions, mushrooms and topped it with cheddar cheese. Couldn't finish the last 10% of the food. Spent the next 3 hours flushing water out of the wrong end.

1 for 1. Diet was good. Nice start.

Good work Steve, making 242 and hitting 1800 raw would be extraordinary. You always say that 2,000 is God like raw. Maybe one day

3 pounds in a day. It's likely that the first 30 pounds will come off fairly rapidly if you stick to your diet plan. Sounds like you're still getting good eats
