I can't believe that this is real. Found it in S. Pulcinella's log (EliteFTS - Superior Products and Knowledge for Lifters, Athletes, Coaches, and Trainers) and he really seems a fan .

The red one is 6kg, apparently and they range from 4kg to 20kg but the prices are ridiculously high; a 20kg ViPR Bar costs...£288 GBP and the dinky 4kg load is £141 GBP
