Default Raspberry ketone

Yesterday I was watching Dr. Oz and he said to take Raspberry ketone to help one lose weight. I do need to loose a few pounds so I ordered some. I will let you know how it turns out in a few months. Has anyone on here taken it? He said that it tricks your body into thinking that it is skinny.

Never heard of it, though I found this:

"Research on the prime ingredient found in Raspberry Ketones found that the process of lipolysis increases the release of glycerol, which then boosts the transfer of the chemically sensitive lipase in fat cells. Together, this encourages thermogenesis and oxidizes body fat efficiently."

"The manufacturer encourages taking up exercise and following a healthy diet."

There are contraindications for certain people as well; maybe possible med interactions that sort of thing.

It never ceases to amaze me when the manufacturer of a product suggests exercise and a healthy diet...to me, that just means that there is no real need for the product and that it may have negligible results anyway.

Exactly what I was thinking. Of course it will work when you combine it with diet and exercise
