Default How to organise a Strict Curl Competition.

Hello MAB.
I am thinking of organising a Strict Curl Competition in Pakistan, what is needed, any rules, or any different rules, ever heard of.
Any help or advice, suggestions much appreciated.

The strict curl was a regular feature of strength competition before powerlifting came along. It used to be part of something called 'the strength set'. Strange how it has died out.

You might find some ideas for rules here: http://livehealthy.chron.com/strict-...ules-5296.html
