45 heavy back off reps

Blue Band is the biggest band I use currently. Its so tight I have to wrap my wrists and elbows form the start with no extra weight on the bar.

ME Squat Day
Today I did 50kg chaos squats, this was very tough, 50kg of hanging plates gives you zero bar speed and stability, you have to work your ass off just to keep position. I hated every set of these devils last night. I hit about 50 heavy reps and moved to deadlifts for 5x5, I then added a large defecit and pulled a near max 6reps. I finished with 2 sets of tabrs rows done light but these BLEW me up. Solid night, got all kinds of fucked up on my PR attempt and rounded over, low back is not happy today

ME Squat Day

Today was paused cambered squats with 4 chains, I worked up to a decent PR of about 161kg. Nice lift too, clean. I then did backoffs to about 54 reps. I finished by swinging a DB and some light abs, TBH I was beaten after the squats, did not sleep well the night before.

Bench/Squat Day

Busy night, got a lot of work in, started by benching, I worked to 8s this time, next session drops to 5s. I then did some benching with my feet up in the air to a heavy triple, I finished by floor pressing for reps. I removed the CG benches, they are irritating something in the pec delt tie in. I finished with paused SSB squats and 4 chains, very solid night of lifting.

ME Squat Day

Tonight was paused cambered squats with an orange band and 4 chains, brutal combo. I worked to a max of 144kg for a PR then proceeded to hit about 50 backoff reps. I then did pullthrus with the bands, these smoked me and I was done. Ate my face off after and slept like a log.

ME Squat Day

Tonight I tested straight weight, bar was MOVING well. I worked up and broke my record with a 190kg effort, very happy with that. I then pulled form a slight defecit and then icreased the defecit and pulled a heavy triple. All pulling is still beltless.
