Default How many grams?

How many grams of protein do you say are in this quick diet?

I've had to change my keto around some. After today, I've realized 6 boiled eggs per day is going to be pretty unreasonable, and I've also found some other readily available foods I can incorporate.

How many grams of protein do you estimate to be in this diet?

Each day I will be consuming,

Protein sources-
3 slices of bacon
2 sausage planks
1 steak
2 eggs
1 cup of pepperoni
4 hand fulls of nuts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 scoop of protein powder
Lots of cheese

Vegetable sources-
Spinach leaves
Romaine lettuce

Fat sources-
Almonds, about 12 of them
Peanuts, about 12 of them
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
And the protein sources have fats
Butter, I am allowing myself 1 slice of toast per day (TKD)
Mayonnaise
Ranch dressing

I am about 160lbs of LBM and I need to be getting a little more than that per day in nutrition..

You are

and asking us the protein content of your meals. Don't you measure and weight things out already?

I'm seeing about 140 to 160 grams of protein per day depending of how much cheese that is.

Bacon, sausage, pepperoni and nuts have protein, but are generally not super-rich protein sources unless you eat a lot.

Gotta be honesty broham, these are not good food choices. If you are looking to increase you lean body mass then you need to feed it lean meats and easy digesting foods.

Notes are in red. This is just off the top of my head. hope this helps

How many grams of protein do you estimate to be in this diet?

Each day I will be consuming,

Protein sources-
3 slices of bacon 2g per slice but extemely fatty and not worth IMO. Not a significant protein source.
2 sausage planks not sure but needs to be omited as well. Not a significant protein source.
1 steak size??? 3oz is about 22g protein
2 eggs yolk included or white only? about 5g each egg
1 cup of pepperoni omit. Not a significant protein source.
4 hand fulls of nuts what kind of nuts??? peanuts, almonds, pecans, etc A fat and not a significant protein source.
1 tbsp olive oil A fat. Not a significant protein source.
1 scoop of protein powder Depends on protein type and manufactuer. Whey, Casein, blend, isolate, etc. Usually about 22g per scoop.
Lots of cheese amount??? I tend to stay away from dairy. Not a significant protein source.

Where are the lean meats? Chicken, fish, water packed tuna, ground turkey, etc

Also, invest in a digital scale that weighs grams and ounces as well as measuring cups. These are like the keys to your diet. You can't start your car without key and you can't start a diet without a scale and cups.

Vegetable sources-
Spinach leaves
Romaine lettuce

Fat sources-
Almonds, about 12 of them
Peanuts, about 12 of them
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
And the protein sources have fats Trace fats. I don't usually count them towards my daily macros
Butter, I am allowing myself 1 slice of toast per day (TKD) Sounds like your treat of the day. just go easy on the butter.
Mayonnaise Omit. Bad fat
Ranch dressing Omit. Bad fat

I am about 160lbs of LBM and I need to be getting a little more than that per day in nutrition..

Lastly, i know you going keto but there better ways to increase lbm than running a keto diet. Walking a thin line with keto and if your not EXACT in your approach you'll be muscle wasting before you know it. Not a big fan of Keto. Carbs are not the enemy. Use them wisely/timely and you can control WHEN you go keto.
