Same here mate.

At my very best raw, which was in 2006 I was at around 1330lbs @ 182lbs bodyweight. But doing 50-60lbs more that that, on competition day, all at once is probably a different story.

I personally know a couple of guys who can, but again they're in a very special category.

I talked to 100% Raw's president about these numbers a few years ago and he mentioned it's very rare that anyone in the federation achieves them. For that reason I look at Elite totals, or the numbers posted here, as the top 1%. That sounds like a stretch on the surface, but if we look at what takes place at a lot of local meets I think it's a fair percentage. I hit only a 1500 total at my first meet and was nearly 150 pounds above the second place competitor.

But I agree those raw numbers look a little light (relatively speaking) to the geared ones.
I agree. I can do the 308 raw one, without a perfect day. The equipped on the other hand will be difficult for me to pull off even with a perfect day.

On a side note, I did total elite 3 different times last year. At the end of the day though, all that matters is that you are enjoying what you are doing and you are trying to make progress!
