I really love doing declines presses with a POR grip. They have have carried over to my bench better then any other exercise. As far as dips or close-grip goes, I'd say do the CGBP it mimics the bench alot more then Dips do.

Thanks everyone for your input. I'm just going to do both CGBP and dips. I got my bench up to 310 last year without any direct tricep work, so I guess with direct tricep work I might be able to really achieve some greatness!
I dont do much in the way of chains and bands, I just like the feel of straight weight. I train really basic, a lot to be said for that in my opinion. Now get to dipping and CG benching haha!
