Default Green tea

Every morning I have been enjoying a large mug of green tea. Green tea has many antioxidants in it. Another added benefit is that it burns fat and will help you lose weight. Plus it is caffeine free which is great.

Love green tea, try to drink some daily. Though, unless you buy some that is decaffeinated, green tea does have a small amount of caffeine. Not as much as darker teas and the amount is variable. Even still the amount in a cup of green tea is about the same as....hmmm..... a swallow of black coffee. Just my creative guess.

Never been a green tea drinker. Actually I have never had it. I do not mind black tea. I may have to try it. Is it better hot or cold?

It's loaded with antioxidants and it is good for you. Fat burning? Probably, but I've seen mixed results as far as the research goes.
