Default Thor versus Crom

We need to get this challenge moving again. Last time around it failed because:

A) We couldn't agree of challenges.
B) When we did more and more people stopped doing them.

No hard feelings of course. Perhaps we were just doing too many.

Anyone have suggestions for handling challenges from here on out?

Perhaps everyone competes as a team and individual? Top 3 each week accrue points towards a yearly individual and team winner?

Yep, I like that idea; team challenge but still on an individual level as well.

1 challenge a month, shouldn't interfere with anybody's training and anyone that feels it will should just not put their names down for the teams. No challenge will be longer than 10 minutes in duration, which makes it easier to fit in.

Challenges could start on the 1st of the month, so that the end date is easier to remember as well...more clean cut that way.

I nominate Babs for challenge President.

Suggestions a.) make sure that the challenges are doable both in a homegym and commercial gym. b.) Maybe you can break the individual comps up by the breakdowns in the PL League.

Powerclean - Max reps with 50% of BW, 1 set.

DB Row - Max reps with 50% of BW, 1 set e.a (total reps (both arms) are counted)
