Default Olympic lifting forum

It was mentioned that we should consider adding a Olympic lifting sub-forum so we can better organize resources, videos, important stickied topics, etc.

We have enough of us here that use Olympic lifts but no home for resources.

What do you guys think?

I like the idea, and think it would be a good way to organize the information we do have on it.

I'd probably go in the other direction and mould together the various training related forums into one large training forum. Might encourage cross-focus discussion rather than restrict people into different forums.

But, I'm easy man. Whatever you prefer.

I think what I need to do first is organize. I am going to create a resources forum that does not allow new threads (you can replay to threads), but is a place where we can relocate the best resources by topics.

This way if we want to know strength standards, or where the "how to squat videos" are located, we will have that in one easy to locate area.

I have to agree with Faz. I hardly ever go into some forums because they don't realte to what I'm doing directly or it takes too long to navigate if there are too many forums to choose from. Also, having a lot of different forums will make certain forums seem really slow and therefore seem like useless information. Fewer forums will automatically make everything appear busier and more active. Just my 2 cents...
