Barbell Shrugs (4x8)

Notes:
This workout was new to me.
It was the first time I had done the seated raises, reverse cable crossovers and I usually do the shrugs with dumbells but I was advised to use the barbell.

I didnt seem to get much from the shrugs? I think I could possibly be doing them wrong?

As you can see, there is very little muscle at the minute and lots of room for gains!
