Comments: Good squats today. Working on my form and nailed all reps without falling forward even an inch. Felt fantastic.

Warmups, then worked up to...

Finisher - sizzy squat in hacklift v/s bands

6 sets, 10-15 reps, 2blue+1red as max tension -se vid below

*This was brutal, first time doing it v/s bands.

Thanks BtB. At first it felt like kind of an setback to go back to lower weights and really try to nail all reps with 100% form. But I know it will benefit me in the long run.

That finisher looked like pure HELL, great job getting through that. Also backing down and perfecting your form is the best thing to do, I did it with bench and it skyrocketed.
