Thanks guys.
@kuyt - I got the idea from a wendler article, 5x10 on the strict press and add weight when u got all reps w/o legdrive. I want to press my bw for reps eventually, and beyond that

Notes: Brutal training day. Im sore allready.

First time ever doing strongman event training and im pleased with my performance. Smashed it.

Farmers Walk
70kg e.h for 30meter
105kg e.h for 30m
140kg e.h for 15m -PAIN!

Yoke sprints
70kg for 15m
130kg for 15m
210kg for 8m x3

That was it, atlas stones and other events next saturday. After the event training, we decided to go to the gym to train together with a bb buddy. We did a back workout, bb style..

Chins ss with BB rows

10-12 sets of bw / 60 kg for 5-8

BB Row
5x100kg
5x130kg
6x160kg -nice!

Isolation rows, pulldowns etc
10 sets of 8

Deadlift
10x120kg
15x120kg

Now I need to eat something!
