I figured I'd answer your question in your thread (threadhopping):

Great work sandbox! If I may ask, how is the tendon working now? By the look of your sessions you seem to be doing great! How long did it take you to regain mobility post-op?

It was a good 10 weeks post op that I felt I had good mobility and 'traction' if you will with the tendon. Then, I trained any direct movement well below strength level for another 10 weeks just to be safe.

One thing that happened to me was the tendon shreaded and when it was sown together part of the bicep was lost. I thought it may come back...but 'no'.
I've lost about 3.5 centimeters of the bicep at the elbow. That took a moment to get used to.

Thanks for the reply Sandbox. Im 10 weeks post op this week but my mobility still is not there, can barely rotate my hand enough to hold the bar when benching (managed to touch last week with a wide grip and elbows flared.).

Need to stretch more i Guess.

Notes: Progress, adding weight and cutting down redt between sets. .0-30s. Still very light weights. Got a deep tissue massage at physios this morning, did wonders for my back and hamstrings.
