Thanks alot guys for the kind words!

Feeling drained from this week, took saturday night off bouncing to sleep instead. Need the money but need to recover just as much =)

I found out I can not eat as much fat as I could before. Last month my stomac has been a mess and fatty food has passed right through me. Also been feeling constant headaches and a bit of high BP. Time for a change!

Changed my diet from eating asian buffets, burgers and other fastfood, together with 2-6 beers a day (more on the weekends). To eating much cleaner, diet the last week has been:

1 (5.30) Yoghurt, oats, bananas, raisins, 60 grams of proteinpowder.
2 (9:00) 1 1/2 Chickenbreast, rice, boiled carrots
3 (11.30) Big serving of fish/meat with rice or potato, sallad, bread, milk
4 (2:00) 1 1/2 chickenbreast, rice, boiled carrots
5 (4:00) 1 1/2 chickenbreast, rice, boiled carrots
6 (6:00) Big dinner or pre training meal : oats, protein, yoghurt
7 -post training meal on training days, rice, sallad, meat or fish
8 bedtime meal, 1250cal gainer or 100 grams of casein protein

And not a single drink. Time to take things serious If I ever want to achieve anything.

Pretty bodybuilderish. Its hell to get down all the food with just a couple of hours apart /(I used to eat 2-3 really big meals before) but Im getting used to it.

Btw I spend my evening cooking nowdays, not time for the ladies anymore! (yeah right!) =))
