As always, thanks for the support everyone! Had a great trip. Spent time with my sisters who I only see a couple of times a year.

Notes: Damn im weak minded. Started to party too much and also picked up smoking again after 3 years! Stupid SOB!

Today I quit smoking again and decided to punish myself with this session of sets of 10.

Kind off making a point to myself that oxygen-uptake is good, I should have known =)

After the squat and pull I felt weak as hell on the presses. Still got some good work done.
