Hope you can catch enough zzz's tonight so you can have a fun strongman session tomorrow.

Curious - I reckon it comes to a point where lifting beltless crosses the line to perhaps risky or dangerous if form is compromised too much? Diminishing returns or no bang for the buck sort of speak.

Its very good to have beltless blocks of training, always boosts my progress and overall strength once back belting up. You have to play it smart, leave your ego at home and use a little less weight to keep your form and maintain tight. I notice my recovery takes a hit everytime I have a beltless block, takes a bout a week to get used to.
