Thanks jw.

Skids - Today I took it easy, took a old buddy (beginner) to the gym and tought him some. Squats i rested only when putting more weight on the bar but did thos only to loosen up. All in all maybe 1h-1:20 tops today. My ordinary sessions usually take aboit 2-2:30
