Notes: Off week cut short after 3 days. Wont get strong by laying around and joints feel good.

Been on a mini holliday up north, ate raindeer everyday and meet a hot chick and did her for 3 sets to failure. Spent the day sitting on a train and everything was cramping up when training directly after. Sitting down to much is bad for you.
