Notes: First and last training session this week (might hit up some benches next weekend). Going for a mini holliday to see my family up north and will take some time off the weights to heal up my joints meantime. Today was awesome. I accidently hit a 10kg front squat PB after squats and sl pulls, would have hit a 20kg pb but got to jacked up before the set and did not take it enough air. Great session today and the repwork was wery tough even if it was not that heavy, rest will be good.

Dear Lord - the intensity was unreal and you really buried the 170 attempt. 160 is a damn fine front PR tho Sir Swede, and I think its safe to assume you buried that as well. With that said, the 170 and maybe even more would have been owned if you were not pre fatigued from the OL Squats, which were also great.
