What is the desired benefit in divebombing your squats? Just speed type of work?

You know you had pretty darn good form on the cleans when your upper back is feeling pumped and jacked. Excellent training Swede - looks like your lifting now has a good dash of anger mixed in.

Thanks Jim! Divebombers work.my hamstrings real good and gets me stronger o n just about everything
