Strong working consistently big_swede ... That's very strong jump of 51 kg from 122 to 173 on Atlas stone ... Inspirational work big man ... keep killing it ...

Notes: My head is back in the game. Today was very good, changing things up by going for a high rep week. Have been hiting pb's non stop and my joints have been killing me lately. Fun with a change and motivation is back.

Squat, no belt
8x100kg - wide stance
8x100kg - low bar

8x100kg - 2ct paus

Leg Press

As deep as I could go, using my tireflip stance

*Got a tip by a veteran strongman to do heavy leg presses but half reps to improve my yoke.
