Support Equipment: knee sleeves
Notes: Clusters again, gonna keep doing these and adding 5 lbs a week until I can't do the initial set of 5. Good mornings turned my lower back into jelly.

Squat Clusters - 12 seconds rest between sets, 2-3 min. between sets

Notes: I think I tried to increase weight on the bench clusters prematurely. Also, I feel like I wanna throw up and not in a "good" way. I hope I didn't catch whatever was ailing my dog the other day.

Thanks man. I think doing those for squats and bench will help me grow my deadlifts & Overhead presses more than low rep bench and squats.
