Horribly bad deadlift sesion, not even gonna log it. I couldn't seem to move big weight and I couldn't rep out anything light.

I've decided that I am too heavy to be competitive in either powerlifting or strongman. I weighed myself today and came in at 250, decided I need to loose at least 30 lbs. So, I'm gonna really tighten up on my eating and my training is also gonna be changing a bit.
