Default love handles

I can not seem to get rid of my love handles. What is a good way that you have gotten rid of yours if you have had them? I have tried situps, oblique work and crunches. What else should I be doing?

Love handles is really just a term for bodyfat in that area...I don't know what your weight/height is or your bodyfat levels, but generally as bodyfat goes down, the love handles disappear.

Make sure you have your diet in order, do some cardio, and do some weight training; that should take care of it.

Most definitely start with diet, get that down then up the cardio. Also try doing 150 (each side) twists morning and post workout or cardio, so twice a day. This is in addition to everything else your doing.

There are many ways to challenge the core and obliques but they won't help you lose love handles. Ever thought of doing yoga?

Why would you want to lose your love handles...? As long as a girl isn't over-weight, I love me some love handles. Curves are a good thing.
