Got out of bed and was surprisingly not terribly sore or hungry, ended up with 2299 cals eaten and used about 3000 yesterday. I'll probably be pretty close to that all week. We'll see in a bit if I can finish workout A.

The worst was actually my second workout on the first day, I actually had to attempt 30 situps to do the warmup set of 25 situps. A close second was the first workout on the second day. I basically wake up very sore in my entite midsection and the "A" workout has actually been my relief for morning DOMS.
