My goals for March 20th
These are the goals I hope to have accomplished my March 20th. I set them about a week ago and have already reached one.
- Do 30 totals pull ups in 4 sets (accomplished this on my last back day)
- Do 8 reps at 85 for military press
- Do 8 reps at 170 for squats
- Do 8 reps at 160 for bench press
- Do 8 reps at 110 for close grip bench
- Do 12 reps at 20 for curls
- Gain 1 lb
I'll update them as I hit them!

Bench: 100 kg (80 kg)
Dead: 200 kg (180 kg)
Start training BJJ/Judo and compete, do a meet, eat more steak !
