I know its tempting to try something new, but milk linear progression to its maximum extent possible. I ran bill starrs for almost 18 months. Is it the most exciting program, absolutely not. However seeting PR's every workout or every week is much better than the bi monthly PR's I am getting now.

yeah, i actually think i am leaning back toward jumping back into madcow's after a few more days off. i think i just needed a little time out of the gym and i'm ready to get back on track now.
