Default Early lunch, Cheezits, 5kg's log that really isn't 5kgs log and log with lower case L

If you're wondering about the title, don't. Its an inside joke that probably isn't funny to you. I suppose if we were worried about what was funny to you this would be your log... But my name is on the first post of the thread, so .

Anyways, I think most of you know who I am so we can skip the intro. Recently I've had issues with getting into the gym, and making logs that don't go far. So I forced myself to not log anything until I had over a week's worth of consistent training. Now that I have met that criteria, and have really over-hauled somethings - it's time to get back to work. And after 8 years, I finally quit smoking about 5 days ago... So for those questioning my dedication, you can suck it.

On to the log...

Yup. My hip was good, but seems to be giving me some problems. My wife used to be a gymnastics coach so she's supposed to help me stretch my hip flexors and I was thinking off adding in some light hip mobility work to my routine.

Although if things aren't going right, I plan to work around it. We've discovered that taking time off doesn't help it. Even if you get lazy as hell and don't come back to the gym for a while.

Thanks big guy. Its good to be back. The wife is on board and excited as hell. She's even taken the initiative to track her calories on a daily basis so she can "maintain" her body-weight but shoot for recomposition. When she's on board, lifting and all that revolves around it, becomes that much easier.

Quitting smoking for me has been a long time goal of mine. I've had little successes and a whole lot of failures. This time I'm trying to bite the bullet and give it my best.

Lol, thanks Markie.

Steve, 5kg and I were trying to brainstorm log titles and I was going with as bland as I could think of. We had some good ones that were all over the place - eating lunch before lunch, 5kg on teh Roidz, this is my log; I lack creativity, etc.. I couldn't think of anything spunky last night, so I used as many as I could for a log title.
