Eggs and burgers. Burgers and eggs.

4 eggs, 2 strips bacon, coffee, 1 scoop whey

2 leftover burgers, 2 pieces pepper jack

1 burger, 1 fried egg, salsa

Dinner: Crispy Parmesan Fish and Broccoli
4 cod fillets
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp djion
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp onion, minced

Pre-heat oven to 350
Coat a baking dish with oil, place fillets in. Mix other ingredients in a small bowl, top fish with it. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

It is REALLY good. I need to add another side I think, or put some cheese on the broccoli, because I'm always a little hungry after, but the flavors work great together

Standard day. Defeated temptation. Victory so far.

4 eggs, 2 bacons, coffee 1 scoop whey

7 eggs cooked in 2 tbsp butter

1 scoop whey in 24 oz water

Dinner: Hamburger Artichoke Skillet
2 pounds hamburger
8 strips bacon
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper - feel free to add more salt and pepper if it needs it.

This is a quick one.

Brown meat in a large skillet.
While meat is browning, place bacon between paper towels on a plate in the microwave. Nuke on high for 8 minutes.
Remove bacon, chop.
If you need to, pour of fat from ground beef, but leave a little in the bottom.
Add veggies and seasoning, cook until onion is translucent
Add bacon
Serve in a bowl.

Pro tip - if you are into saving money when you can but hate to give up quality, buy a package of "bits and pieces" bacon for things like this. They are great for flavoring or times you are just going to chop up the bacon. A 2 pound bag was about $4, where as the same stuff runs me $13 for two pounds if I buy it when its pretty.

Good tip. We started buying the 5 pound bacon bits and pieces and it is relatively inexpensive.

Came close to calling it quits on the diet for the night, but bacon saved the day. Fat is healthy and satisfying.

4 eggs, 2 bacons, coffee, 1 scoop whey

6 eggs, 2 oz cheddar cheese, 1/2 an avocado, a little hot sauce

1 large handful macadamia nuts

Dinner: Turkey Burgers, Baked Beans, and a Spinach Side Salad
Burgers :
2.5 pounds ground turkey
2 eggs
1/4 cup mayo
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
a fair amount of tabasco

Grilled them.

Beans:
2 cans black soy beans (2g net carbs per cup)
8 oz chopped up bacon
1/2 onion, diced
( i don't have the recipe in front of me but)
some low carb ketchup
a very small amount of black strap molasses
salt
pepper

Cook bacon in a dutch oven on top of the stove. Pour off about half the fat. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir, set to simmer for an hour, stirring every now and then
