I don't have a style per say. I do what the body feels it needs.

In general:
warm up sets
working sets
saturation sets

Rest , recover and GROW

My play days is lots of peoples working days.
The RK style. lol

I should mention that at one point I had a man-crush on Mike Mentzer. His articles were so different and unlike any of the Weider stuff that I really wanted Heavy Duty to work for me. But, alas, I did not like the training style.

I got lucky when I started. I looked on the internet and everything i found was HIT vs. Volume. I didn't know where to turn. Then I read an article that said HIT and Volume were the two extremes, why not pick something in the "middle", which really spoke to my sensible side. It directed me to McRobert's Hardgainer principals and I never looked back.
