What about the texture? I know many might be put off by the slimy egg thought...not that I'd ever try it (I am allergic to some eggs and end up vomiting depending on what they've been fed etc, so would never risk it) but since you've drunk the stuff, I figured you'd be able to give feedback on texture.

I guess it's important to mention that I blended my shakes. I'm not sure how well eggs would mix in with everything else if you were just shaking. When I blended them I seriously never would have known they were in there. That includes both texture and taste, although to be honest I was using peanut butter flavored protein which had a very pronounced flavor. If you were using generic chocolate whey that didn't have much flavor then I'm not sure if there would be a difference.

If someone wants to know how eggs will be in a shake, they should just add a single one to their next shake. I think people would be surprised at how little at changes the taste and texture.

I usually eat 5-6 eggs a day. 3 or 4 for breakfast and 1 or 2 in my PWO shake.

I'm guessing 4 yesterday. Made a frittata for dinner with 12 and ate around 1/3 of it. Turkey, eggs, spinach, broccoli and artichoke

I've never made one of those. How is it made, if you don't mind me asking? I happen to like all of those ingredients and would love a dish that combines them.
