My vote would be to make your own weight gainer shake. It would be cheaper and give you control over your macros.
It could look something like:
10-12 ounces of milk
1/3 cup frozen berries
2 scoops of whey
1/4 or 1/3 cup of oats
1-1.5 tablespoons of olive oil
any amount of peanut butter (if you want)
You'll need a blender, but could blend and take with you easily.
Complication makes it easy to explain failure.
