Rough day. Been up since 3am and totaled about 6 hours of sleep in the last 2 night with my last 2 exams being on back to back days.

Bench felt good, somewhere around PB territory.

Deads were better than in recent weeks, first reps were all spot on but belt kept moving for second and throwing me off. Last rep was tough on the 230, bar sticking to thighs and out of position to start it. Should have stuck with 225 plan but it wasn't an ugly rep, just a little slow.

Push press fairly easy. Front squats nasty after all that, wanted out.

Haven't actually watched anything back so I could be wrong.

Wicked deadlift PR! Squats still look good for not being at 100%, 300 for triples paused ain't easy! I see the wide grip bench is making a comeback too.

Thanks Mike, shoulders have been feeling great so moved comp grip out to ring finger on the rings and then wide grip assistance is max legal width, bench is coming along real strong with those.

Rough morning, every squat was taking a big risk for my pants. Trying to get some speed back into squats but lower back wasn't 100% so didn't push too much. Still some solid work put in.

Bench didn't feel great, was hoping for 140 x 2 and could have gotten it but it would have been beyond the planned rpe and likely would have been the end of benching, 137 was a spot on call, still happy at that.
