Weigh in: 102.5kg
Up 4kg from the weigh in last weekend, IPF affiliate so weird weight classes, 105kg today.

Felt pretty good, wasn't much left in the third attempt.

Bench
125kg
135kg
140kg +2.5kg PB

Easy, my lat has been playing up big time so I really didn't want to push bench, took the 2.5kg PB and it flew up.

Deads
225kg
245kg Head judge wouldn't give down command, knees not locked, I was trying to ask him what was wrong whilst holding it but he wouldn't spit it out.
250kg +7.5kg PB

So, that FU... and I shall leave my rant there for the second attempt. I initially said I'd stick with 245 but thought F that, I wanted to smash 250 this week so I did.

Total: 612.5kg +17.5kg since last weekend, +40kg since meet 9 weeks ago.

Happy with that, wasn't the best training cycle but the conservative meet last weekend set me up perfectly for today and smashed it.

04/12/13 - Squat, Bench & Dead

Fronts Squat
140kg x 1

TnG Bench

SLDL w/Olys
140kg x 6 x 4

Quick am session, couldn't stay out any longer. Fronts are barely a lower body exercise for me, no problem with the squat but keeping the bar in a decent position and trying to get a breath hold me back.

After a double meet peak following a low volume block my work capacity and ability to handle any volume seems to have disappeared. Strength is there on both bench and sldl's but the volume killed me so will be building that back up over the next few weeks.

1 or 2 more easy sessions this week and then start chipping away on the next goals from next week.

Easy going day. Squats were good, enjoy this style for volume. Experimenting with widening my bench grip width, felt alright, will keep working it as assistance.
