Nice, I'll use your editing and post up my version:

Tentative 6 Day Approach

As Btb I'll be refining stuff as I go along, but here is what I am thinking. It's slightly different as essentially its 3 Presses and 3 Squat/Dead days:

Day 1 Bench (A Workout)
Day 2 Squat/Dead (A Workout)
Day 3 Bench (B Workout)
Day 4 Squat/Dead (B Workout)
Day 5 Bench (C Workout)
Day 6 - Squat/Dead (C Workout)

Bench Workouts

Bench A Workout

--Bench Press: 6 triples
--CGBP: 6 x 3 (optional)

Bench B Workout

--CGBP: 6 triples

Bench C Workout

--Bench Press: 8 singles
--3 Board Press, 6 x 3

Squat/Deadlift Workouts

Squat/Deadlift A Workout
--Squat Singles x 8 reps
--Sumo Partial Deadlifts 6 x 3

Squat/Deadlift B Workout
--Box Squats 6 x 3
--Trap Bar Deficits 6 x 3

Squat/Deadlift A Workout
--Deadlifts x 8 singles
--Partial Squats 6 triples

I'll be using bands on certain exercises. Briefs/Belt/Wraps/Slingshot will be used as supportive gear.

Steve I think your training plans looks very solid. 6 days a week is a lot but I am sure you can handle it.

Westside can definitely beat you up, I do have a lot of times where I think I need to go light. But making sure I deload every 4th week helps a lot. I also think that conditioning has helped me a lot. My body recovers much better, when I am in good shape. Overall I think I handle the intensity pretty well, just have to be smart about it. A big mistake that people make is trying to go too heavy on DE, you can help your recovery if you are smart about this day.

I'm up for about anything.

My legs really got hit hard today with only 5 reps. I forgot how taxing this was...(In a good way)

Conditioning plays a big role for me. I am honestly surprised what I can put my body through right now, and how frequently I can train.

Steve Westside also has RE which is repetition effort which can be used to replace max effort work with the goal of letting injuries heal or addressing weaknesses in terms of size of technique. Dave Tate talks about it in his article on Westside training which I'll try to find later.

Thanks. Once thing I am not familiar with is how Westside advocates periodization/RE if needed for whatever reason.

It's conjugated periodization so there is no percentage increase each week just instead of doing as much as you can for 1-3 rep's, you work up in fives I believe. The article I mentioned is here:

Squat Training Westside Barbell Style
