Default JSlep's wish i could have came up with a sweet name for my log......log

Gone but hopefully not forgotten my friends. I was once a pretty stand up citizen on this forum but have dissapeared for a while. I've been lurking for a while and have seen a lot of new stand up kinda guy's have joined up so i feel i should get back in the game as well.

I have been training solid even in my absence so i will let you know what my big three have been lately.

Bench 365
Squat 505
Dead 520

These are all gym #'s awaiting some paper to be on. I'm thinking of competing come march PLing and maybe april with a reappearence to the stage in 2013.

Currently i kinda run f'd up schedule as far as i train monday,tuesday,thursday, and saturday mornin. Those three nights and morning are when my wife don't work so this is what i do.

monday- chest, shoulders
tuesday- bi's, tri's
thursday- legs, back
saturday- what ever i missed during the week due to time restraints and more calf and sometimes abs

So follow along if ya like boys and lets have some fun!

i have one comp under my belt at 165 but i cut to get there with a 275 bench 365 squat and 435 dead. now i will be in the 198's hoping for some bigger #'s

didn't have time to hit shoulders like i wanted too had to get home to be with the kiddies for some trick-or-treatin. i'll hit them tomorrow i think with some arm work. very pleased with my bench lately i had been progressing 5 lbs a week for the last 3 weeks doin triples but this week was the end of the line.

Nice work here J, I know what you mean by the weight just wont happen...lol Now that the weight on bench is becoming heavier, I will switch over to 2RM so as to not over strain myself or risk too much injury...lol
